Numerous domains that have been lost due to the abusive practices of 1and1.com are being registered by foreign nationals; especially from China ! This means these individuals or organizations can now receive all emails that are being sent to the former domain owners. Their Bank information can be retrieved, passwords and even corporate and government information. 2010-06-11 This is just the Beginning Damien 2524, a Supervisor with apparently no authority to make any decisions decided that he can not help, and at the same time refuses to reveal the name(s) and contact information of someone who can. TWO attempts to get the contact information for the 1and1 Public Relations department resulted in bounced e-mails as the information given was each time incorrect. If it is not possible to get in contact with anyone at the company to solve a problem in a professional and business like manner the result is most often that the disgruntled customer goes away quietly; a fact that large organizations count on. But every so often there is a customer who does NOT go away, but takes action...

	WARNING Registering domains with 1and1.com is risky. 1and1 has probably THE most questionable domain policies on the Internet.
